Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from anywhere in the Tenmile Range, head south on CO-91 S. Follow this road for approximately 8 miles until you reach the junction with I-70. Take the on-ramp to I-70 E and continue for about 6 miles. Take exit 195 for Copper Mountain. Turn right on Copper Road and follow the signs to the resort entrance. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that there may be a parking fee during peak seasons.

• Public Transportation (Summit Stage)

  For those using public transportation, the Summit Stage offers a free bus service from various towns in Summit County to Copper Mountain. Locate the nearest bus stop in Tenmile Range; the closest one is usually in Frisco. Check the Summit Stage schedule for bus times, as they operate on a seasonal schedule. Once on the bus, ride it to the Copper Mountain stop. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes, and no fare is required.

Simply request a ride to 'Copper Mountain Resort, Frisco, CO' and the driver will take you directly to the resort. Costs may vary, but expect to pay around $30-$60 for a ride from Frisco or nearby towns.

  If you are feeling adventurous and the weather permits, biking is a viable option. From Tenmile Range, utilize the bike paths that connect to the main roads. Follow the path that leads south towards CO-91 S, then connect to Copper Mountain via the bike routes.
