If you're driving from Bear Mountain State Park, head southeast on Bear Mountain Bridge Road. Continue onto US-9W S for about 12 miles. Merge onto I-84 E towards Danbury and then take exit 1 for US-7 S towards Norwalk. Follow US-7 S, then merge onto I-95 S. Take exit 27 for CT-8 S towards Bridgeport. Once you reach Bridgeport, follow signs for Seaside Beach, which is located in the South End area of the city.

To get to Seaside Beach using public transportation, start by taking a bus or train from Bear Mountain State Park to the nearest station in Peekskill. From there, take a Metro-North train towards Grand Central Terminal and transfer at Bridgeport station. Once you arrive at Bridgeport, you can catch a local bus (such as the 5 or 6) that goes towards the South End. Alight at the stop closest to Seaside Beach.
