Getting There

Driving

Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo is located at 1875 Noble Avenue in Bridgeport. From I-95, take Exit 27A to CT-25 N/CT-8 N. Follow signs for CT-8 N and take Exit 5 onto Boston Avenue. Turn left onto Noble Avenue, and the zoo entrance will be on your right within Beardsley Park. Parking is free in the zoo's designated lots.
Public Transport

The zoo can be reached by public transportation. From the Bridgeport Transportation Center, you can take the 6 or 9 bus. The 6 stops at Noble Ave and Beardsley Park, right outside the park entrance. The 9 stops at East Main St. at Edna Ave., a 6-minute walk to the zoo entrance. A single bus fare is $1.75.
Walking

If you are already in Beardsley Park, follow the internal park roads towards the center of the park. The zoo entrance is located near the carousel and the Peacock Cafe. Look for signs directing you to the zoo entrance.
