Getting There

• Walking

  From your current location in Greenwich Point Park, exit the park and head north towards the main entrance. Once you reach the entrance, turn left onto Sound Beach Avenue. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Greenwich Avenue. Turn right onto Greenwich Avenue, and walk straight for approximately 0.3 miles. Greenwich Common will be on your left at 290 Greenwich Ave. The entire walk will take around 15-20 minutes.

• Car

  If you're driving, exit Greenwich Point Park and head north on Sound Beach Avenue. At the traffic light, turn left onto East Putnam Avenue (Route 1). Continue straight for about 1.2 miles, then turn right onto Greenwich Avenue. After about 0.5 miles, you'll arrive at Greenwich Common, located at 290 Greenwich Ave. There is street parking available, but be mindful of any parking regulations. The drive should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

• Public Transportation

  For public transportation, start by walking to the nearest bus stop located at the entrance of Greenwich Point Park. Take the Greenwich bus route (check local schedules for specific routes and times) that goes towards the Greenwich train station. From the train station, transfer to a bus that heads towards Greenwich Avenue. Alight at the stop nearest to Greenwich Common, located at 290 Greenwich Ave. The total travel time may vary, but expect it to take around 30-45 minutes including waiting times.
