If you are driving to East Rock Park, start from downtown New Haven. Head north on Church Street, then take a left onto Trumbull Street. Continue onto State Street and merge onto I-91 N. Take exit 3 for I-95 N towards New London. Merge onto I-95 N, then take exit 47 for Route 34 W toward New Haven. Follow Route 34 W until it merges with I-91 N. Take exit 3 for Route 10 N. Continue on Route 10 N (Whalley Avenue) and turn left onto Cold Spring Street. East Rock Park will be on your left at 41 Cold Spring St, New Haven, CT 06511. There is free parking available at the park.

To reach East Rock Park via public transportation, start by taking the CT Transit bus. The 228, 229, and 230 routes all provide service in the area. Board the bus at a nearby stop in Greater New Haven. Make sure to check the bus schedule for exact times. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Cold Spring Street. From there, East Rock Park is a short walk away. The fare for adult riders on CT Transit is $1.75, and exact change is required.
