Continue on I-95 S for approximately 15 miles. Take exit 40 for US-1 S towards Milford. Merge onto US-1 S and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Silver Sands Parkway, and you will arrive at Silver Sands State Park. There is no parking fee for Connecticut residents.

Once you arrive at Milford Station, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to Silver Sands State Park, which is approximately 3 miles away.
