If you are driving from downtown New Haven, head southwest on Chapel St toward State St. Continue straight onto Route 34 West. Merge onto I-95 South via the ramp to New York City. Take exit 43 for US-1 toward West Haven. Merge onto US-1 (Boston Post Rd) and continue for about 2.5 miles. Turn right onto Captain Thomas Blvd, and you will find Bradley Point Park on your left. Parking is available on-site, and it is free.

To reach Bradley Point Park via public transportation, start at the New Haven Union Station. Take the Metro-North Railroad or Shore Line East train to West Haven. Once at West Haven station, you can take the CT Transit Bus # 4 or # 10 towards West Haven. Get off at the stop at Captain Thomas Blvd and walk approximately 0.5 miles to the park.
