Discover more about Bayside Marina

Bayside Marina, located on the Cross Island Parkway in Bayside, NY, serves as a portal to the waters of Little Neck Bay. The marina provides a range of services including seasonal dock space and mooring rentals. It's a place where one can launch a boat, rent a vessel for the day, or simply enjoy the peaceful marina atmosphere. Historically, Little Neck Bay has been a significant part of the Bayside community. In the 19th century, clamming was a major source of livelihood, and the bay's recreational opportunities were also recognized. By the early 20th century, the bay's scenic beauty and recreational value were heavily promoted, leading to the establishment of boating clubs like the Bayside Yacht Club. The construction of the Cross Island Parkway in the 1930s altered the shoreline, but also led to the creation of public access points to the bay. Today, Bayside Marina continues to offer a relaxing waterfront experience. The marina is handicap accessible and provides a full-service snack bar. Nearby points of interest include Fort Totten, the Throggs Neck Bridge, and the Whitestone Bridge.
