From Penn Station, a taxi or ride-share to Blind Tiger will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around $20-$30, plus tip. Note that taxi fares are subject to surcharges, including a rush hour surcharge during weekday afternoons and a congestion surcharge for trips that pass through Manhattan south of 96th Street.
