Train
From your location in Greenwich, head to the Greenwich train station located at 2 Railroad Ave. You can walk there by heading north on your current street until you reach the intersection with Railroad Ave. Once you arrive at the station, purchase a ticket for the Metro-North Railroad to New York City. Board the train heading toward Grand Central Terminal. The train ride will take approximately 50 minutes. When you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the Metro-North exit.

After exiting Grand Central Terminal, walk to the nearby 42nd St - Grand Central Subway Station. Follow the signs for the 7 train and take it one stop to Times Square-42nd St. Transfer to the A, C, or E trains and take the subway towards downtown Manhattan. Get off at the 14th St station. From there, walk west along 14th St until you reach Barrow St. Turn left onto Barrow St, and you will find the Greenwich House Theater at 27 Barrow St.

Bus
From your location in Greenwich, walk to the nearest bus stop for the CT Transit bus service. Take the bus to the Stamford Transportation Center. Once at the Stamford Transportation Center, transfer to a bus or train that heads to New York City. After arriving in Manhattan, you can take a local bus or subway to get closer to 27 Barrow St. For the subway option, take the A, C, or E train towards downtown and exit at the 14th St station. Walk west on 14th St to Barrow St, turn left, and you will reach your destination.

If you prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route through the beautiful surrounding parks and neighborhoods. Start at the Greenwich Town Hall and head towards the waterfront park. Follow the waterfront trail until you reach the ferry terminal. From here, you can take a ferry to Manhattan. Once you disembark, walk west towards Barrow St, which is about a 20-minute walk from the ferry terminal.
