From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Train Station located at 2 Railroad Ave. Take the Metro-North New Haven Line train toward Grand Central Terminal. The ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Get off at Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive, follow the signs to exit the station.

After exiting Grand Central Terminal, walk to the 42nd Street subway station. Take the S (Shuttle) train towards Times Square. Get off at Times Square-42nd Street Station. From there, walk west to 45th Street, then head south to 222 W 45th St. The Booth Theatre will be on your left.
