Train
From Stamford, head to the Stamford train station located at 30 Station Pl, Stamford, CT 06902. Purchase a ticket for a Metro-North train to Grand Central Terminal in New York City. Trains run frequently, so check the schedule on the Metro-North website or at the station. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to exit onto 42nd Street.
Subway
After exiting Grand Central Terminal onto 42nd Street, walk west towards 8th Avenue. You will find the 42nd Street subway station nearby. Take the 1, 2, or 3 subway line downtown (towards the World Trade Center) and get off at 42nd Street - Times Square station. Exit the station and walk one block west to reach 225 W 44th St, where the Shubert Theatre is located.
Bus
From Stamford, you can also take a Greyhound or Peter Pan bus to New York City. Head to the Stamford bus terminal located at 1 Harbor Point Rd, Stamford, CT 06902. Purchase a ticket to New York City. Once at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC, exit and walk towards 42nd Street. Walk east on 42nd Street and then turn left on 8th Avenue to find the Shubert Theatre at 225 W 44th St.
Walking
If you are already in Manhattan, you can walk to the Shubert Theatre from popular locations such as Times Square. From Times Square, head to 44th Street and walk west until you reach 225 W 44th St. The theatre will be on your left.
