Getting There

• Public Transport

  From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Metro-North train station. Take the New Haven Line train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. After approximately 50 minutes, disembark at Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. From Grand Central, transfer to the 4, 5, 6, or S subway lines and head downtown to 14th Street-Union Square Station. Once you exit the station, walk east on 14th Street for about 5 blocks until you reach Avenue A. Turn left on Avenue A and walk for about 2 blocks until you arrive at Double Down Saloon located at 14 Avenue A.

• Bus

  From the center of Greenwich, find the nearest bus stop for the CT Transit bus service. Take the 10 bus towards Stamford and transfer to the Metro-North train station. Board the New Haven Line train to Grand Central Terminal. Once at Grand Central, you can take the 4, 5, 6, or S subway lines to 14th Street-Union Square Station. After exiting the station, walk east on 14th Street for about 5 blocks until you reach Avenue A. Turn left on Avenue A and walk for about 2 blocks until you arrive at Double Down Saloon at 14 Avenue A.

• Walking

  If you are already in downtown Greenwich, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the train station. Head to the Greenwich Metro-North train station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the center. Once at the station, take the New Haven Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 50 minutes on the train, disembark at Grand Central Terminal. From there, take the 4, 5, 6, or S subway lines to 14th Street-Union Square Station. Upon exiting the station, walk east on 14th Street for approximately 5 blocks to Avenue A. Turn left on Avenue A and continue walking for about 2 blocks until you reach Double Down Saloon at 14 Avenue A.
