Train
From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Train Station located at 2 Railroad Ave, Greenwich, CT. Take the Metro-North Railroad New Haven Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Disembark at Harlem-125th Street Station in Manhattan. From there, you can explore Harlem by walking or taking a local bus.
Bus
From Greenwich, you can take the CT Transit Bus Route 10 towards Stamford. Get off at the Stamford Transportation Center. From there, transfer to a Greyhound or Megabus service heading to New York City. Once in New York City, use the MTA Subway or a local bus to reach Harlem.
Walk and Subway
If you prefer a longer journey with some walking, you can walk to the nearest bus stop and take a local bus to the Stamford Train Station. From Stamford, take the Metro-North New Haven Line to Grand Central Terminal. Then, from Grand Central, transfer to the 2 or 3 subway lines heading uptown to 125th Street, which will take you directly into Harlem.
