Walking
If you are in central Greenwich, start at the Greenwich Train Station. Exit the station and head north on Railroad Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with East Putnam Avenue. Turn left onto East Putnam Avenue and walk for about 0.5 miles. Once you reach the intersection with Mason Street, turn right. After a short walk, you will see the bus stop for the Metro-North Railroad on your left. Take the train towards New York City. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride. Get off at Grand Central Station in Manhattan.
Train
After arriving at Grand Central Station, follow the signs to the subway. Take the 4, 5, 6, or 7 line to 14th Street-Union Square. Once you exit the subway, head east on East 14th Street towards Irving Place. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of East 14th Street and Irving Place. Turn left onto Irving Place, and Irving Plaza will be on your right at 17 Irving Pl.
Public Bus
From the central Greenwich area, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch the CT Transit bus heading towards Stamford. Once you reach the Stamford Transportation Center, transfer to a Metro-North train heading to Grand Central Station. After arriving at Grand Central, take the subway as described above to reach Irving Plaza.
