From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich train station located at 2 Railroad Ave. Board a Metro-North train heading toward Grand Central Terminal. Make sure to check the schedule, as trains run frequently but may vary. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, transfer to the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) to Jamaica station. After a 30-minute ride, you will arrive at Jamaica station. From Jamaica station, follow the signs to the AirTrain JFK. The AirTrain will take you directly to John F. Kennedy International Airport. Disembark at Terminal 1.
Bus
From Greenwich, walk to the nearest bus stop for the CT Transit bus service. Take the bus towards Stamford and transfer to a bus that goes to the Jamaica area. Once in Jamaica, follow signs to the AirTrain JFK. The AirTrain will take you directly to John F. Kennedy International Airport, where you will need to get off at Terminal 1.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Simply request a ride from your current location in Greenwich to John F. Kennedy International Airport, specifying Terminal 1. The driver will take you directly to the terminal, but be aware of potential traffic conditions.
