Car
If you are driving from anywhere within Hammonasset Beach State Park, exit the park and head west on Hammonasset Beach Road. Merge onto US-1 North, following the signs for Madison/New Haven. Continue on US-1 for about 12 miles until you reach the junction with I-95. Merge onto I-95 North towards New Haven. Stay on I-95 North for approximately 35 miles. Take exit 70 for NY-25 towards Riverhead. Follow NY-25 for about 30 miles until you reach Lenz Winery located at 38355 NY-25, Peconic, NY 11958.

To reach Lenz Winery from Hammonasset Beach State Park using public transportation, first take a bus from the park to the nearest train station. You can take the CT Transit bus to Old Saybrook Station. From Old Saybrook, board the Amtrak train heading towards New London. Transfer at New Haven to the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train towards Ronkonkoma. Once you arrive at the Ronkonkoma Station, take a taxi or rideshare to Lenz Winery at 38355 NY-25, Peconic, NY 11958. Please check the schedules for the latest bus and train times.
