Continue on Route 202 for about 3 miles. Look for Tunnel Road on your right and turn onto Tunnel Road. Drive for about 1 mile, and you will find Steep Rock Preserve at 2 Tunnel Rd, Washington Depot, CT 06794. There is parking available at the preserve.

For those using public transportation, you can take the Metro-North Railroad to the nearest station, which is the Washington Depot station. From there, the preserve is approximately 1.5 miles away. You can either walk or use a rideshare service to cover the distance. If you choose to walk, head south on Route 47, turn right onto Route 202, and then take a right onto Tunnel Road. Continue until you reach Steep Rock Preserve.
