From anywhere in Litchfield Hills, head towards Washington Depot. If you're coming from the center of Litchfield, take Route 202 East for about 8 miles until you reach Route 47. Turn left onto Route 47 and continue for approximately 1.5 miles until you see Bee Brook Road. Turn right onto Bee Brook Road. Hidden Valley Preserve will be on your right at 198 Bee Brook Rd, Washington Depot, CT 06794. There is ample parking available at the preserve.

To reach Hidden Valley Preserve via public transportation, first take a bus from your location to the closest bus station that services the area. For example, you can take the CT Transit bus service to Waterbury, then transfer to the 152 bus line towards Washington Depot. Disembark at the nearest stop to the preserve, which is approximately 1 mile away. From there, you can walk along Bee Brook Road to reach Hidden Valley Preserve. Be sure to check the bus schedules, as they may vary, and plan your trip accordingly.

If you are already in Washington Depot and wish to walk to Hidden Valley Preserve, start from the center of Washington Depot and head west on Route 47. After about 0.5 miles, turn onto Bee Brook Road. Continue walking for about 1 mile, and you will find Hidden Valley Preserve on your left at 198 Bee Brook Rd. This is a pleasant walk with scenic views of the area.
