    If you have a bicycle, start from downtown Meriden and head north on Broad Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with East Main Street. Turn left on East Main Street and follow the road as it becomes Mt Carmel Ave. Keep biking for about 3 miles until you reach Sleeping Giant State Park.

    If you prefer to walk, start at the Meriden Green in downtown Meriden. Head north on State Street until you reach the intersection with East Main Street.
