From the Meriden Transit Center, take the CT Transit Bus # 204 towards Hamden. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at Mt Carmel Ave. Once you get off, walk north on Mt Carmel Ave for approximately 0.5 miles. You'll arrive at the entrance of Sleeping Giant State Park.

If you have a bicycle, start from downtown Meriden and head north on Broad Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with East Main Street. Turn left on East Main Street and follow the road as it becomes Mt Carmel Ave. Keep biking for about 3 miles until you reach Sleeping Giant State Park.

If you prefer to walk, start at the Meriden Green in downtown Meriden. Head north on State Street until you reach the intersection with East Main Street. Turn right on East Main Street, and walk for about 1.5 miles until you reach Mt Carmel Ave. Turn left on Mt Carmel Ave and walk for another half-mile to arrive at Sleeping Giant State Park.
