If you are in downtown New Britain, start by heading northeast on Main St toward the intersection with West Main St. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with East Main St. Turn right onto East Main St and follow it for approximately 0.5 miles. You will then cross over the Hockanum River and keep going straight until you reach Willimantic. The Windham Textile & History Museum will be on your left at 411 Main St, Willimantic, CT 06226.

From downtown New Britain, you can take the CT Transit bus route 82 or 83 towards Willimantic. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop on Main St. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Willimantic bus terminal. From the terminal, walk east along Main St for about 0.3 miles.
