Getting There

Bus
If you're starting from downtown New Britain, head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. You can take the CT Transit Bus #84 towards Willimantic. The bus will take you directly to Willimantic. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the times; the ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Willimantic, get off at the Jackson Street stop. From there, walk east on Jackson Street for about 0.5 miles, and you will see the Willimantic Skatepark on your left.

Bicycle
If you're comfortable riding a bike, you can rent one from a local bike shop. Start your ride from downtown New Britain and head east on East Main Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Route 71. Follow Route 71 north until it becomes Route 32. Stay on Route 32 and follow the signs towards Willimantic. The total distance is about 12 miles, and it should take you around an hour to reach the skatepark. Once you arrive in Willimantic, turn left on Jackson Street and the skatepark will be on your right.

If you prefer to walk, you can start from the New Britain Museum of American Art located on Main Street. Head east on Main Street, then turn left onto East Main Street. Continue on East Main Street until you reach the intersection with Route 71. Cross the street and follow Route 71 until it becomes Route 32. The walk is approximately 12 miles and will take around 4-5 hours. Once you reach Willimantic, turn left onto Jackson Street, and you will find the skatepark on your right.
