From downtown New Haven, head to the New Haven Union Station located at 50 Union Ave. You can take the CT Transit bus # 1 towards Long Wharf. Board the bus at the bus stop nearest to the station. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Sargent Drive and Long Wharf Drive' stop. From there, walk south along Sargent Drive for about 5 minutes, and you will see It Adventure Ropes Course at 40 Sargent Dr.
Walking

If you're near the New Haven Green, start at the center of the Green. Head south on Church Street until you reach the intersection with State Street. Turn right on State Street and walk straight until you reach the Long Wharf area. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you see Sargent Drive. Turn left onto Sargent Drive and walk for another 5 minutes. The It Adventure Ropes Course will be on your right at 40 Sargent Dr.
