Bus
From downtown New Haven, walk to the New Haven Green and find the nearest bus stop. Take the Suffolk County Transit bus, Route 1, heading towards Southold. Stay on the bus for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and get off at the stop for Peconic Main Rd. From the bus stop, walk approximately 0.5 miles down Main Rd to reach Osprey's Dominion at 44075 Main Rd.
Train + Bus
Head to the New Haven Union Station and take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train towards Greenport. After about 2 hours, get off at the Southold station. From the station, catch the Suffolk County Transit bus, Route 1, and ride to the Peconic Main Rd stop. Walk approximately 0.5 miles south on Main Rd to reach Osprey's Dominion.
Bicycle
If you're up for a bike ride, rent a bike from one of the local shops in downtown New Haven. Head east on Whalley Ave, then take a right on Route 1 towards the North Fork area. Follow Route 1 for about 17 miles, and you'll reach Osprey's Dominion. This route is scenic and will take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.
