Walking
If you're starting from downtown New Haven, head east on Chapel Street. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with State Street. Turn left onto State Street and walk for another 0.3 miles. As you approach Wooster Square, you'll see the park on your right, just past Wooster Street.
Bus
From downtown New Haven, you can catch the CT Transit bus # 234 heading towards Wooster Square. Board the bus at the stop on Church Street at Elm Street. After about a 10-minute ride, get off at the 'Wooster Square' stop. The park will be directly across the street from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the many bike-share stations around New Haven. Start by heading east on Chapel Street for about 0.5 miles. Then turn left onto State Street and continue for approximately 0.3 miles. You'll find Wooster Square Park on your right, just past Wooster Street. There are bike racks available at the park.
