    Walking

    If you are starting from the New Haven Green, head east on Chapel Street. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach State Street. Turn left onto State Street and continue for a short distance until you see the Ninth Square Historic District, located near 1000-1100 State Street.     Public Transit (Bus)

    From the New Haven train station, take the CT Transit bus #222 towards East Haven. Get off at the State Street and Chapel Street stop. From there, walk two blocks east on Chapel Street to reach the Ninth Square Historic District, located near 1000-1100 State Street.

    If you are renting a bike, start from College Street and head east towards the New Haven Green. From the Green, continue east on Chapel Street. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto State Street. The Ninth Square Historic District will be on your right, near the intersection of State Street and Crown Street.
