If you're driving from any location in Norwalk Islands, head northwest on the main road towards New Canaan. Follow signs for CT-123 N (New Canaan Ave) which will lead you directly towards New Canaan. After approximately 7 miles, turn left onto Lukes Wood Rd. Grace Farms will be on your right at 365 Lukes Wood Rd, New Canaan, CT 06840. There is free parking available on-site.

To reach Grace Farms using public transportation, first take the Metro-North Railroad New Haven Line from Norwalk Station to New Canaan Station. The trip takes about 30 minutes.
