Car
If you're driving from Norwalk Islands, start by heading north on Route 1 (East Avenue) towards I-95. Merge onto I-95 North and continue for about 14 miles. Take exit 15 for NY-9A towards Tarrytown. Merge onto NY-9A and follow the signs for the Tappan Zee Bridge. After crossing the bridge, take exit 8 for NY-9W North. Continue on NY-9W for approximately 5 miles. Tallman Mountain State Park will be on your left at Rte 9W, Sparkill, NY 10976.

To reach Tallman Mountain State Park using public transportation, start by taking the Metro-North Railroad from South Norwalk Station to Grand Central Terminal in NYC. From Grand Central, transfer to the Hudson Line and take the train to Tarrytown Station. Once you arrive at Tarrytown Station, you can take the 'Tarrytown Trolley' or a local taxi to Tallman Mountain State Park, which is about a 10-minute ride from the station. The park is located at Rte 9W, Sparkill, NY 10976.
