From Tarrytown, transfer to the Bus 13 or 14 at the Tarrytown Bus Terminal. The bus will take you along the scenic route towards Palisades. Get off at the stop closest to Ludlow Lane in Palisades. From there, it's a short walk to the Skunk Hollow Memorial Marker located at Ludlow Ln, Palisades, NY 10964.
