If you are driving, start by getting onto I-95 N from your location in Southeastern Connecticut. Depending on your starting point, follow the signs to merge onto I-95 N. Continue on I-95 N for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 9 for Stamford. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto West Main Street. Continue on West Main Street, which will eventually become Westover Road. You will find Fort Stamford at 900 Westover Rd, Stamford, CT 06902, on your right. Free parking is available on-site.

For those using public transportation, take Metro-North Railroad from your nearest station in Southeastern Connecticut to Stamford Station. The train ride typically takes about 30-50 minutes, depending on your starting station. Once you arrive at Stamford Station, exit the station and walk to the Stamford bus terminal nearby. Board the CT Transit Bus Route 31 towards Westover. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the Westover Road stop.
