Train
From Stamford, head to the Stamford Train Station located at 30 Station Pl, Stamford, CT 06902. Once there, purchase a ticket to New York Penn Station. The train ride takes approximately 50 minutes. Upon arriving at Penn Station, follow the signs to exit the station. After exiting, you can either walk or take the subway.

Once you exit Penn Station, walk to the nearby 34th St-Penn Station subway entrance. Take the 1, 2, or 3 train downtown towards the South Ferry or Brooklyn. Get off at the 42nd St-Times Square station. From there, walk to 1600 Broadway, which is just a short 5-minute walk. Head north on 7th Ave, and then turn left onto Broadway.

Bus
After arriving at Penn Station, you can take the M7 or M20 bus. Look for the bus stop outside the station. Board the bus and ride it to the 42nd St & 8th Ave stop. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to 1600 Broadway. Head east on 42nd St, then turn right onto Broadway.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk from Penn Station to 1600 Broadway. The walk is about 20 minutes. Exit Penn Station and head northwest on 8th Ave. Continue for about 10 blocks, then turn right at 42nd St. Walk east for 2 blocks, then turn left onto Broadway. You'll find M&M'S New York at 1600 Broadway.
