Bus
If you are in Stamford, head to the nearest bus stop for the CT Transit bus services. You can take the Metro-North Railroad to Grand Central Terminal in New York City. From there, transfer to the MTA subway at Grand Central-42nd Street. Take the 4 train towards Woodlawn and get off at the Kingsbridge Road subway station. Once you exit the station, walk east on East Kingsbridge Road until you reach the Grand Concourse, and Poe Park will be on your left.

From Stamford, take the Metro-North train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway. Take the 4 train from Grand Central towards Woodlawn. After about 30 minutes, disembark at the Kingsbridge Road station. Exit the station and walk east on East Kingsbridge Road until you reach the Grand Concourse. Poe Park will be directly accessible from there.
