Train
From Stamford, head to the Stamford Train Station located at 30 Station Pl, Stamford, CT. You can walk there if you are in the downtown area, or take a local bus to the station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for a train heading to New York City. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal in New York City, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit.

Take the Metro-North or Greyhound bus from Stamford to New York City. You can catch a bus from the Stamford Transportation Center located at 30 Station Pl. Make sure to check the schedule as buses may vary in frequency. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in New York City, you can walk or take a local subway to reach your destination.

Subway
After arriving at Grand Central Terminal, you can take the subway. From Grand Central, take the 7 train from the Grand Central station towards Flushing – Main St. Get off at Times Square-42nd St station (1 stop). From there, transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 train and take it to 42nd St-A Times Sq. From the subway exit, walk south on 7th Avenue, turn right on 5th Avenue and walk to 501 5th Ave #701. It’s about a 10-minute walk.

If you prefer to explore on foot, after arriving in New York City, you can walk from Grand Central Terminal. Exit the terminal and head west on 42nd Street towards 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue and walk down until you reach 501 5th Ave #701. This walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
