Board the train and enjoy the scenic ride. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the station and follow signs to the subway.

At Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the 42nd Street subway station. Take the 7 train (towards Flushing – Main Street) or the S (Shuttle) train towards Times Square. Get off at Times Square-42nd Street station. From there, walk east on 42nd Street until you reach Bryant Park, which is located at the intersection of 42nd Street and 5th Avenue.

If you prefer to walk from Grand Central Terminal, exit the station and head west on 42nd Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, passing by landmarks like the New York Public Library and the iconic Times Square. Bryant Park will be on your right, nestled between 5th and 6th Avenues.

From Greenwich, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the CT Transit bus towards Stamford. Once in Stamford, transfer to a New York City-bound bus (like Greyhound or Megabus). Once you arrive in Manhattan, get off at a stop near Bryant Park, such as 42nd Street and 6th Avenue, and walk to the park.
