If you're driving from Arenal Volcano National Park, head southeast on Route 142 for about 10 minutes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 120. Turn left onto Route 120 and follow the signs towards El Castillo. After approximately 4 kilometers, you will see a sign for the Butterfly Conservatory. Turn right onto the road leading to Upper El Castillo and follow the road until you reach the conservatory entrance. Parking is available on-site.
