Car
From Cahuita National Park, head northwest on the main road (Route 36) towards Puerto Viejo. Continue on Route 36 until you reach the intersection with Route 32. Take a left onto Route 32 towards Limón. Continue on Route 32 for approximately 35 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Braulio Carrillo National Park. The park entrance will be on your left. Note that parking fees may apply, so be prepared with cash.

Public Transportation
To reach Braulio Carrillo National Park from Cahuita National Park using public transport, first take a bus from Cahuita to Puerto Viejo. Buses run frequently, and the fare is around 500 CRC. Once in Puerto Viejo, transfer to a bus heading to Limón. After about 30 minutes on this bus, get off at the stop for Braulio Carrillo National Park. Be sure to check the bus schedule as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
