If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Corcovado National Park, which is located in the town of Puerto Jiménez. From there, follow the road towards Puerto Jiménez and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 245. Turn left onto Route 245 and drive for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Playa Agujas. The road may be unpaved in sections, so be cautious. After turning off, follow the signs to Playa Agujas, where you will find parking available.

To reach Playa Agujas using public transportation, take a bus from Puerto Jiménez to La Palma, which operates several times a day. The fare is usually around 500-1,000 CRC. Once you arrive at La Palma, you will need to hire a local taxi or arrange for a shuttle service to take you to Playa Agujas, as it is not directly accessible by bus. Expect to pay around 5,000 CRC for the taxi ride.
