Start at the center of Jaco Beach, near the main intersection where Avenida Pastor Díaz meets the beach. From there, head east on Avenida Pastor Díaz towards the beach. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where it meets the water. Turn left and walk along the beach until you reach the southern end. Look for a path leading away from the beach; this path leads to the hills. Follow the path uphill, which will take you through some residential areas. Be sure to take in the views along the way as you walk towards the hills. Eventually, you will reach a sign for Mirador Pita, which will direct you to the observation point.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Jaco. Start at the main beach area and head south along the coast on the bike path. Continue until you see signs for the path leading into the hills. Park your bicycle at the designated area near the entrance of Mirador Pita, and follow the marked trail uphill to reach the viewpoint. The ride is scenic, but be cautious of the steep sections as you approach the hills.

Find the local bus station in Jaco, which is typically near the main street. Take a bus that heads towards Tarcoles; the fare is inexpensive. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Mirador Pita or ask locals for help. Once you get off the bus, you may need to walk a short distance to the entrance of the viewpoint. Follow any signs that direct you towards Mirador Pita and enjoy the hike uphill.
