    Getting There

    Bus

From the center of Liberia, head to the main bus terminal located at the intersection of Avenida 5 and Calle 12. Look for buses heading to Playas del Coco or specifically Del Coco Beach. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Ensure to ask the driver if they stop at Del Coco Beach, as some buses may not go directly there.

    Taxi/Shared Shuttle

You can hire a taxi from anywhere in Liberia. Just tell the driver you want to go to Del Coco Beach, which is located in Guanacaste Province. This option is more expensive but will take you directly to the beach in about 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can look for a shared shuttle service, which can often be arranged through your hotel or local travel agencies.
