If you are in the Manuel Antonio area, start by walking towards the main road, Avenida 3. From there, you can head towards Quepos. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 2. Turn left onto Calle 2, which will take you towards the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach the coastline where you can see the marina. Once you reach the marina area, look for signs pointing towards Damas Island. The entrance to Macha Tour is located in front of the Pueblo Real Resort at the Embarcadero (Dock).
