Start at the main entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park. From the entrance, head south along the main road (Route 618) towards Quepos. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a fork in the road. Keep to the left side, following the signs to El Cocal. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you see the sign for 'Bo. Cocal'. Turn right onto the side road and follow it for about 500 meters. You should see a sign for 'Sloth Place' on your left. The location is at CRQH+925 Casa negra el frente Del Mar, near the beach.

From your accommodation in Manuel Antonio, walk to the main road (Route 618) and catch a bus heading towards Quepos. Make sure to tell the driver you want to get off at El Cocal.
