Walking
Start at the main entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park. From the entrance, head south along the main road (Route 618) towards Quepos. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a fork in the road. Keep to the left side, following the signs to El Cocal. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you see the sign for 'Bo. Cocal'. Turn right onto the side road and follow it for about 500 meters. You should see a sign for 'Sloth Place' on your left. The location is at CRQH+925 Casa negra el frente Del Mar, near the beach.

Public Bus
From your accommodation in Manuel Antonio, walk to the main road (Route 618) and catch a bus heading towards Quepos. Make sure to tell the driver you want to get off at El Cocal. The bus ride is about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the El Cocal stop, exit the bus and walk back for about 150 meters until you reach a side road. Turn left and continue walking towards the beach for approximately 500 meters until you see the sign for 'Sloth Place' on your left at CRQH+925 Casa negra el frente Del Mar.
