    From the main entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park, head south on the main road (Route 618). Continue walking along this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the fork where the road splits. Take the left fork onto the road leading towards the beach. Follow the path for approximately 500 meters, and you will see signs directing you to Manuel Antonio Beach. The beach entrance will be on your right.

    If you are near the Quepos bus station, you can take a local bus heading towards Manuel Antonio. The buses run every 20-30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Manuel Antonio Beach. The bus will drop you off at the main road near the beach entrance. From there, walk about 200 meters towards the beach. Look for signs indicating the entrance to Manuel Antonio Beach.
