    The Bat Jungle is located on the road between Santa Elena and Monteverde, approximately 1.5 km east of Supercompro supermarket. If you are staying in the Cerro Plano area, it is easily accessible by foot. From Stella's Bakery, walk ~500m. The Bat Jungle will be on your left, across the street from Tramonti restaurant.

    Taxis are readily available in Monteverde. A taxi from Santa Elena to The Bat Jungle will cost between $5 and $10. Ensure the driver uses the meter or negotiate the fare beforehand. The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

    The public bus from Santa Elena to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve stops along the road where The Bat Jungle is located. The bus leaves Santa Elena at 6:15 am, 7:30 am, 9:30 am, 1:20 pm, and 3 pm. The fare is approximately $1.20, payable in cash (USD or Colones).
