If you are in the center of Monteverde, start by heading to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. From there, take the main road (Ruta 606) heading towards La Fortuna. After approximately 1 kilometer, look for signs to Jacamar Naturalist Tours on your left. Continue walking until you reach a small intersection, then turn left. The tour operator is located near the Iglesia Católica, just a short distance down the road on the south side.
