Once in downtown Santa Ana, transfer to the bus going to Calle la Chimba. This bus departs once per hour. Get off at Calle La Chimba, from where it is a short 300-meter walk to the entrance of Hacienda La Chimba. The bus fare from San José to Santa Ana is approximately 530 CRC (just over $1 USD). The bus fare from Santa Ana to Hacienda La Chimba is approximately 360 CRC ($0.6 USD).
