From Split, take local bus line 22 from the HNK bus stop near the Croatian National Theatre. Purchase a two-trip 'Zone 2' ticket for approximately 22 Kuna (~€3.50). The bus ride takes about 30-40 minutes, and the last stop, Klis Megdan, is near the fortress. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance.

From Split, drive towards Solin and follow the signs to Klis Fortress. The drive is approximately 15 km and takes about 25-30 minutes. Free parking is available near the fortress entrance. Be aware that parking may be limited during peak season, so arrive early.
