Car
If you are traveling by car, start from any location in Baranja and head towards the A7 highway towards Rijeka. Continue on the A7 for approximately 90 km until you reach the exit for Opatija. Follow the signs for Opatija and merge onto D66. Continue on D66, and then turn onto Ul. Maršala Tita. After about 1 km, you will find the Maiden with the Seagull statue on your left at Ul. Maršala Tita 113. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking fees depending on the area.
Public Transportation
To reach Maiden with the Seagull using public transportation, find your way to the nearest bus station in Baranja. Take a bus towards Rijeka, and depending on the bus service, you may need to change at the Rijeka bus station. Once in Rijeka, take an Opatija-bound bus. The journey from Baranja to Rijeka usually takes about 1 hour, and from Rijeka to Opatija, it takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Opatija, disembark at the nearest bus stop and walk along Ul. Maršala Tita for about 10 minutes until you reach Maiden with the Seagull at Ul. Maršala Tita 113. Keep some coins handy for bus tickets, which typically cost around 30-40 HRK.
