If you're traveling by car, head towards the town of Makarska. From the center of Makarska, take D8 road north towards Brela. As you approach the outskirts of Makarska, look for signs indicating Biokovo Nature Park. Once you reach the entrance of the park, follow the signs directing you toward Beach Nugal. There are designated parking areas near the park entrance. Note that parking fees may apply, so be prepared with some kunas. After parking, it's a short hike to the beach, approximately 15-20 minutes along a marked trail.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Split to Makarska. Buses run regularly and the journey takes about 2 hours. Once in Makarska, you can catch a local bus or taxi to the entrance of Biokovo Nature Park. Local buses may not run frequently, so check the schedule in advance. After reaching the park, follow the same hiking trail to Beach Nugal, which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the park entrance. Be mindful that the bus service may have limited hours, especially on weekends.

If you're already in Biokovo Nature Park and want to hike to Beach Nugal, find the marked trail that leads to the beach. Starting from the main park trails, head towards the southeastern direction following the signs for Beach Nugal. The trail is well-marked and offers stunning views of the coastline. The hike takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Ensure you wear suitable footwear as the trail can be rocky in places.
