Starting from the center of Makarska, head towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). Walk along the promenade heading south until you reach the end where the beach is. Continue straight past the beach towards the path leading into the wooded area. Follow this path, which will take you along the coastline. After about 20-30 minutes of walking (approximately 1.5 km), you will reach a sign that indicates the direction to Plaža Nugal. Follow the signs through the natural surroundings, and you will arrive at the beach.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Makarska’s main bus station located in the city center, take a bus heading towards the nearby town of Tučepi or Drvenik. Alight at the stop for Tučepi (about a 10-minute ride). Once you exit, walk back toward the main road and look for a marked walking path leading to the beach. It’s about a 25-minute walk from the bus stop to Plaža Nugal, following the coastline.
