From Split, take a bus from the main bus station near the ferry port (Autobusni kolodvor Split) to Omiš. Buses run frequently, about every 30 minutes, and the journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once in Omiš, get off at the main bus station and walk to Rafting Pirate Meeting Point A, which is about a 15-minute walk. Head east on Ulica Josipa Pupačića, turn right onto Ulica Jure Kaštelana, and continue straight until you reach the meeting point. A bus ticket from Split to Omiš typically costs around 20-30 HRK.

If driving from Split, take the D8 road (E65) towards Omiš. The drive is approximately 25 km and takes about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once in Omiš, follow signs for Rafting Pirate Meeting Point A. Note that parking in the immediate vicinity of the meeting point may be limited. Consider using the larger parking area on the Split side of the Cetina River, about 400 meters from the old town, where parking costs around 4 HRK per hour. Alternatively, there is free parking available 6km from Omis at the finish point of the rafting tour; from there, a shuttle will take you to the starting point.
